Whitespace — items competitors carry that we don't (15)

Competitor items that resolve to nothing in our catalog — private label, exclusive or out-of-range lines. Assortment opportunities to consider tracking, not errors.

• + Track product add it to our catalog as a watch-only product — we start monitoring its price (we set no price of our own)

Our blind spots — thin competitor visibility (0)

Our products with a confident price at one rival or none — little market visibility (at zero, possibly products only we carry).
